Development and implementation of a stirring system to prevent the chalk slurry from sinking
 
  • Customer's request:
 - transporting persistent chalk slurry over a long distance
 
  • Problem:

- after one day the product starts sinking to the bottom

 
  • Consequences:

- the product sticks to the tank;

- this means 1) product loss for the customer 2) high rinsing costs
 
  • Our solution:

- a stirring system in the tank that works independently and permanently during the driving;

- not only the development, but also the implementation was carried out by our own technical staff;

- this process was very intensive, but is beginning to pay off now.
